Take A Closer Look !
Our Snowdonia holiday
cottage in North Wales, which has been totally
refurbished, is now a delightful self-catering holiday
cottage situated in a quiet peaceful location overlooking the
Welsh countryside just a short drive away from Dolgellau and
Bala, North Wales; popular with watersports
enthusiasts.

It provides comfortable
accommodation, boasts central heating and is extremely
characterful with exposed beams and a fully
equipped modern kitchen.
All of the Llyn
Peninsula and North Wales is easily accessible from this point.
Walking, fishing, horseriding, sailing and surfing all
available nearby. Shops, pubs and restaurants are a short drive
away in Dolgellau.
Stunningly set in a beautiful valley
and only minutes' walk through magnificent
countryside that can take you to the Coed y Brenin
Forest and down to the waters of the Mawddach estuary, this
delightful cottage is within the 120-acre grounds of the farm -
a mix of informal gardens and woodland which offer excellent
opportunities for walking.
Once the hub of a North Wales farming
family life it is now a country holiday
cottage. The cottage was created from the farm's
original cow shed. There is plenty of space for relaxation in a
large area, which in the old days was dedicated to the task of
providing vegetables for the farm kitchen.
Furnished to a very high standard, the cottage
retains the charm of its original
character and the architectural integrity of
their structure, displaying many old beams.
THE GROUND
FLOOR entrance is directly in to the open plan
living area. Cosy sitting/dining-room with oil-fired
central heating. Modern galley kitchen with
all mod cons and fitted to an exceptionally high
standard.
There is a downstairs loo and
washbasin; ideal for those days when you decide to 'stay at
home' and just do nothing other than relax.
Stairs to FIRST FLOOR: Two bedrooms, one
spacious double with a quality bed and pretty
en-suite bathroom/W.C. with bath, and one
twin-bedded with en-suite walk-in power-shower
room/W.C.
OUTSIDE there is a sun-deck which can be accessed by
way of the garden or directly from the double bedroom; ideal
for those early mornings with coffee in your dressing gown.
There is a garden dining table and chairs for your comfort;
a great place to sit and watch the sun go
down as you dine on a barbeque.
If you want to sunbathe, the deck is
an ideal spot and it does get the sun for best part of the day.
Alternatively, there is a lawned area should that be more
convenient for you.
The cottage is probably one of the
finest examples of holiday homes in North Wales.
